Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic
Senior BI Business Analys
t to lead the planning, requirements, development and delivery of Analytics-driven products across our enterprise ecosystem. This role combines user-centric product thinking, technical acumen, product data discovery, product management to ensure high-impact delivery on a modern data platform—Databricks, Power BI, and Tableau . The role bridges business needs, data engineering, BI modeling, and BI Development - focusing on user engagement, delivery execution, process and BI Analytics automation, and technology innovation. This role will work closely with cross-functional partners and help elevate engineering and analytics standards within the team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into actionable user stories. Facilitate user research to enhance product features and drive adoption. Produce clear and comprehensive technical documentation based on business needs
• Manage product requirements, backlogs, user stories, and delivery lifecycle using Azure DevOps, applying industry best practices to product strategy. Conduct product data discovery to uncover insights that inform decision-making
• Identify and implement process improvements by leveraging technology innovation. Develop Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) to support data-driven decisions and workflow automation using Databricks (SQL, Python etc.), Tableau, PowerBI for analytics pipelines
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across business, engineering, BI and product teams to ensure timely execution. Facilitate project-specific meetings, monitor risks, align stakeholders, and track progress effectively
