About this role

Role Overview:

Build data-driven models and insights that power intelligent products and strategic decisions. Work with large-scale datasets, advanced analytics, and machine learning models in a fully remote, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy machine learning and statistical models.
• Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover trends and insights.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to productionize models.
• Build predictive, classification, and recommendation systems.
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in data science or applied analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and data science libraries.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and model evaluation.
• Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and data modeling.
• Experience working in cloud environments.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with NLP, deep learning, or generative AI.
• Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD, and model deployment workflows.
