Role Responsibilities

• Conduct rigorous analysis of complex datasets to identify trends and actionable insights in the ecosystem.
• Design and maintain critical metrics to measure ecosystem health, growth, and engagement.
• Develop and execute structured experiments to evaluate new features and strategies.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver insights.
• Construct dashboards and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Provide timely analytical responses to urgent business inquiries.

Qualifications
Must-Have

• Bachelor's degree or Master's in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in data science or analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL and one programming language (Python, R).
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Unidash, Metrics360).
• Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex findings.
• Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment.

Preferred

• Experience with large-scale data infrastructure in tech ecosystems.
• Familiarity with tools like Presto, Scuba, Hive.
• Knowledge of experiment design and causal inference methodologies.
