What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Create, maintain, and present analysis and reports to management documenting project progress, status, and risks
• Analyze operational data to ensure compliance with contractual service level agreements through various internal and external reports
• Generate maps upon request and assist with Quarterly Business Reviews and ad hoc reporting
• Conduct record research, analyze findings, and provide clear responses to customers
• Track progress, issues, and risks associated with assigned responsibilities and perform additional similar duties as assigned

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Proven ability to build and maintain working relationships with team members, vendors, and other stakeholders
• Experience in operational and project administration, including meeting deadlines and monitoring project progress
• Strong skills in MS Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint, with proficiency in analytical functions
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in a similar field or PMO supporting role
• Experience preparing reports for upper management regarding project status
