The Role

• Extract, analyze, and validate data from Epic Clarity databases for reporting needs.
• Develop and maintain complex SQL queries, views, and reporting datasets.
• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards within Epic reporting tools and Power BI.
• Utilize Snowflake to support data storage, analysis, and reporting initiatives.
• Partner with clinical, operational, financial, and technical teams to understand reporting needs.
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership and end users.

What You'll Need

• Active Epic Clarity Certification.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, including complex query development and performance optimization.
• Experience extracting and analyzing data from Epic Clarity databases.
• Experience with Snowflake data platform and Power BI for dashboards and reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
