As a Data Quality Analyst, you will be part of the Data Quality Analytics team supporting Product, Program, and Operations teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Conduct reviews of annotations to determine the quality and importance of data
• Become a subject matter expert and thought leader on your workflow
• Author, update, and own guidelines that produce the highest quality data
• Identify errors and trends, and report findings to stakeholders
• Leverage policies, expertise, and intuition to troubleshoot complex issues, providing clarity and guidance

• Ability to follow instructions and guidelines with a high level of attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across teams
• Effective time management skills to prioritize issues while maintaining quality and efficiency
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage workload independently
• Proficiency in basic functions, formulas, and tables in Excel/Spreadsheets
