They partner with private equity firms and middle-market companies to transform messy ERP, CRM, financial, and operational data into actionable insights that drive acquisitions, value creation initiatives, and strategic decision-making.

As their
Data & AI Engineer
, you'll help build the technology platform, data infrastructure, and AI capabilities that will power the next generation of transaction intelligence.

The ideal candidate has experience working with
invoice-level transaction data, ERP systems, and business intelligence environments that support private equity, M&A, or transaction-heavy businesses.

The Opportunity

This is a true startup builder role.

You'll work directly with the founder to design and scale a platform that ingests, organizes, and analyzes invoice-level transaction data across a wide range of industries, including:

• Manufacturing
• Distribution
• Business Services
• PE Portfolio Companies
• Founder-Owned Businesses Preparing for Sale

You'll have direct influence over:

• Platform Architecture
• Product Direction
• AI Strategy
• Data Infrastructure
• Technology Selection
• Client Delivery Methodology

What You'll Do:

*Build Transaction-Level Data Platforms*

• Design and develop scalable cloud-based data environments
• Build automated data pipelines from ERP, CRM, payroll, and financial systems
• Create reusable onboarding frameworks and connector architectures
• Transform fragmented business data into a trusted source of truth
• Support multi-client data environments across varying industries and technology stacks
