2. About the Opportunity:

The Sr. Manager, Financial Operations is responsible for designing and delivering software solutions to support IT and business analytics projects that enhance operational efficiency. This role leads reporting teams, collaborates with stakeholders to implement change and innovation, and improves workflows through the development and analysis of reports and software processes critical to enterprise systems.

3. Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver software solutions for IT and business analytics projects supporting operations

• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive change and innovation in enterprise software applications

• Lead the reporting team in coding requests and performing quality checks using PBM knowledge, SAS, and SQL

• Analyze, define, document, and develop reports and software processes to improve workflows

• Determine optimal database applications for operational, ad hoc, and regulatory reporting

• Apply software development and data mining principles to enhance reporting technology efficiency and quality

• Serve as subject matter expert in PBM, data mining, business intelligence, and various programming languages

4. Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Analytics, Finance, Statistics, or related field (or foreign equivalent)

• Minimum two years experience in business system analysis, financial planning and management, Agile project management, cross-functional team collaboration, business requirements documentation, and software development lifecycle

• At least six months experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
