Why this role is needed:

This role centers on being a trusted, customer-focused partner throughout the post-sales lifecycle. The individual will act as a consultant, deeply understanding customers’ businesses to help them maximize platform value and drive positive outcomes.

They will serve as the customer’s internal advocate, collaborating with product, sales, marketing, and education teams to represent the voice of the customer. The position plays a key role in shaping onboarding, adoption, and overall customer experience, with the opportunity to help define Customer Success within the company and directly impact its growth.

How You’ll Contribute:

- Build and Nurture Client Relationships:
Develop and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with key stakeholders and executives to support their strategic goals.

- Drive Customer ROI:
Proactively engage with customers to understand their goals, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure they achieve measurable outcomes using the platform. Guide customers in realizing the full value of the platform.

- Grow and Defend Revenue:
Take ownership of contract renewals, negotiations, and expansion opportunities. Identify upsell opportunities by aligning customer needs with the platform’s product offerings.
