About this role

I am currently partnering with an incredibly innovative, fast-growing B2B SaaS provider that is disrupting commercial analytics within the Life Sciences sector.

They are expanding their footprint across Europe and looking for a Customer Success Manager to own enterprise client relationships across the DACH region (the candidate must live in Germany).

What You Will Do

  • As the primary point of contact for key accounts, you will ensure enterprise clients derive maximum value and ROI from the platform.
  • Drive Adoption: Lead client onboarding, program rollouts, and training workshops.
  • Consult on Data: Analyze platform analytics to deliver strategic, actionable insights to executive stakeholders.
  • Protect & Grow Revenue: Partner with internal leadership to secure renewals and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Voice of Customer: Gather product feedback and collaborate with internal Product and Tech teams to shape the roadmap.

What My Client Looks

  • For Location & Language: Based in Germany with full professional fluency in both German and English.
  • Domain Expertise: Background in Project Management, Customer Success or Account Management, ideally within SaaS, Pharma, Biotech, or Healthcare.
  • Analytical Skills: Comfortable working with data and translating technical analytics into business value.
  • Soft Skills: A proactive, startup mindset with the ability to confidently present to corporate stakeholders.
