The Culture & Teammate Experience Operations Manager will play a key role in strengthening employee engagement and improving the overall workplace experience across a large, complex healthcare organization. This position combines data analytics, organizational insights, and strategic program development to translate teammate feedback into meaningful, actionable improvements. Working closely with HR leaders and cross-functional teams, you will design engagement solutions, support enterprise-wide change initiatives, and enhance leadership decision-making. You will oversee teammate survey processes, identify emerging trends, and develop practical strategies that address organizational needs at the enterprise, regional, and market levels. ### Accountabilities

• **Teammate Experience Strategy:** Develop quantitative and qualitative analytical strategies to evaluate the effectiveness of engagement programs, workplace interventions, and enterprise-wide initiatives. Identify opportunities to improve the teammate experience across enterprise, regional, and market levels.
• **Data Analysis and Insights:** Analyze organizational metrics, teammate feedback, market trends, and information from multiple sources to identify patterns, uncover root causes, and develop actionable recommendations.
