We’re looking for a Social Media Growth Manager to help scale Pretty Mafia’s digital presence following a recent collaboration rollout. This role is focused on elevating brand awareness, refining content execution, and supporting the next stage of growth across our social platforms.

Pretty Mafia sits at the intersection of premium hair, culture, and confidence-driven beauty. Our content needs to reflect that energy consistently and with intention.

What you’ll own:

End-to-end social media strategy across Instagram & TikTok

Content planning, scheduling, and execution with a strong brand lens

Writing captions and shaping storytelling that feels confident, culturally aware, and visually strong

Turning campaign assets, influencer content, and behind-the-scenes moments into high-performing content

Driving brand awareness while optimizing engagement and conversions

Staying ahead of trends and adapting them in a way that feels aligned to the brand

Helping refine and evolve Pretty Mafia’s social presence as we scale

You should be:

*Experienced*
managing social media for beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or culture-led brands

Strong in both strategy and execution

A creative thinker with a strong understanding of brand voice and digital storytelling

Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment

Detail-oriented with a strong eye for aesthetics and performance
