The Role

• Define and drive the product vision and objectives for a connected experience platform that provides shared services across multiple retail solutions.

• Oversee product designs, enhancements, and quality in collaboration with Architects and Software Engineering.

• Track market trends and competitive offerings to inform product direction.

• Interact directly with customers and stakeholders to ensure capabilities meet market needs and customer goals.

• Collaborate with multiple Agile development teams to build and launch platform applications and components.

• Utilize AI to create Epics and discovery specifications for the full product lifecycle.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 4 years of product management/owner experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Proven experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Agile tracking tools (Rally, Jira).

• Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to use data to inform product management decisions and prioritization.

• Experience with single sign-on (SSO), identity & access management (IAM), authentication, and authorization is a plus.

• Working knowledge of SaaS web technologies and cloud-based software architectures is preferred.
