Deliverables

• Conduct a comprehensive audit of current TikTok and Instagram content, engagement metrics, and audience demographics.
• Develop a tailored content strategy to increase engagement, reach, and follower growth across both platforms.
• Identify and recommend content pillars that align with fashion, fashion tech, and personal branding goals.
• Provide actionable recommendations for optimizing posting schedules, formats, and storytelling techniques.
• Offer one-on-one coaching sessions to transfer knowledge and empower the influencer to implement strategies independently.
• Monitor analytics and adjust strategies based on performance data and platform trends.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing and growing personal brands on TikTok and Instagram, preferably in the fashion or tech sectors.
• Strong understanding of current social media algorithms, trends, and best practices for maximizing engagement.
• Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills, with the ability to teach and empower clients.
