About The Role
We’re growing our digital presence and looking for a Content Strategist to help us do it intentionally, strategically, and with serious impact.
This role is designed for someone who thrives in collaboration and understands how to turn bold ideas into structured, platform-specific strategy. We’re not looking for content execution support (
*at least not yet*
). We’re looking for a thought partner who can help shape the blueprint behind what we share, when we share it, and why it matters.
The ideal candidate is innovative, quick-thinking, and confident in offering insight. You understand audience behavior. You can look at metrics and translate them into meaningful next steps.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate monthly with the Founder to build a cross-platform content plan (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Threads, etc.)
- Create a monthly content calendar with suggested dates, formats, themes, and batching windows for production
- Pitch reoccurring series, content angles, and campaign ideas tied to timely topics, HR themes, and cultural moments
- Help outline talking points and short-form scripts for video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
- Support light editing (CapCut or similar) to ensure content is clean, uniform, and on-brand
