Compliance & Controls Manager, Growth

For our client, we are seeking a Compliance & Controls Manager Growth to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will provide business-aligned guidance focused on governance, compliance, and operational risk management. You will partner with leaders, compliance stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate complex issues into practical recommendations. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen responsible execution, improve decision-making, and support sustainable growth within a regulated financial services environment.


Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available


Compensation: $145,100 – $201,100 annually


Responsibilities

• Review marketing campaigns and product launches for compliance before they go live
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Legal teams to provide risk-based compliance guidance
• Evaluate marketing claims and customer journeys using regulatory frameworks
• Help develop and improve the team's compliance operating model for growth
• Create scalable review processes and guidelines to enhance efficiency
• Identify compliance patterns and suggest improvements to mitigate risks
• Utilize AI solutions to streamline compliance workflows and enhance efficiency

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in compliance review within banking, fintech, or regulated industries
• Practical knowledge of consumer protection regulations like UDAAP, Regulation B, TCPA, and Fair Lending
• Ability to manage high-volume compliance reviews with competing deadlines
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in product or marketing launches
