Role Description

The Catering Sales & Servicing Manager will oversee all aspects of catering and event sales and servicing at The Yorkville Royal Sonesta Hotel. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring the successful execution of catered events. The role involves responding to inquiries, creating customized event proposals, negotiating contracts, and providing guidance to clients throughout the event planning process. As a full-time, on-site position based in Toronto, ON, the role requires a proactive and service-oriented professional who can deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, including experience with contract development and client relationship management
• Event planning, catering management, and coordination skills, demonstrating the ability to oversee details and ensure successful event execution
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities to collaborate with diverse teams and clients
