ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Senior Catering Sales Manager to join our team in New York City. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving catering sales, building client relationships, and ensuring the successful planning and execution of catered events.

This role requires a strong sales background, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of the catering and hospitality industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales and Business Development:

• Identify and target new business opportunities to achieve sales goals.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue from catering services.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
• Proactively drive sales within your territory through outreach efforts and participation in local events to grow a strong book of business.
• Manage and track your outreach budget to ensure goals are met.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow ups.
• Process payments, deposits, and final invoices in line with company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and event details.
• Manage and update catering order calendar invites for seamless execution.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Provide customized proposals and contracts based on client requirements.

Event Planning and Coordination:
