Business Systems Analyst

About this role

For our client, we are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. You’ll play a key role delivering outcomes for customers and stakeholders in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally and take ownership of priorities. This role offers visibility, growth, and impact.


Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available


Compensation: $190,000 – $300,000 annually.


Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of technical projects from conception to launch
• Configure and customize business systems to meet organizational needs
• Manage technical vendor evaluation and ongoing performance assessment
• Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation
• Lead knowledge management initiatives for institutional knowledge capture
• Own technical risk assessment and mitigation strategies
• Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for automation and optimization

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar technology-focused role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with systems configuration and customization
• Skilled in gathering requirements and translating them into technical specifications
• Exceptional attention to detail in documentation creation and maintenance
• Experience managing vendor relationships and evaluating technology solutions
• Effective communicator bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
