Responsibilities

- Requirements Gathering & Documentation:
Collaborate with cross-functional business units to extract, analyze, and document comprehensive technical system requirements and user stories.
- Process Mapping & Optimization:
Design detailed "as-is" and "to-be" workflow diagrams, data-flow matrices, and system architecture blueprints utilizing modeling software (such as Visio, Lucidchart, or Miro).
- UAT Test Engineering:
Define User Acceptance Testing (UAT) parameters, draft detailed test scripts, and coordinate with quality assurance (QA) teams to validate that software deployments achieve business design targets.
- Data Mapping & Integration Support:
Analyze enterprise data feeds, evaluate system integration interfaces (APIs), and write fundamental SQL queries to perform database data mapping and gap analysis.
