The Strategic Defense Solution (SDS) team is seeking a Business Operations Senior Manager to join our engineering team.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for the SBU by managing the consolidation of staffing data and function as the deputy to the SDS Business Operations Lead.


What You Will Do

• Act as a key team member for SBU-level improvement initiatives focused on workforce planning and predictable performance
• Create, maintain, and manage Excel models, Power BI dashboards, templates, the SDS SharePoint infrastructure, and aggregation tools to monitor and visualize program performance, staffing levels, and other critical business metrics
• Coordinate and streamline data requests across multiple functions, promoting efficiency through “one-time collection, multi-use” methodologies and minimizing redundancy
• Collaborate with Mission Systems functions to identify data sources, establish centralized repositories, and drive improvements in accessibility, knowledge management, and data-driven decisions
