What We Can Achieve Together
The Team Coordinator, Business Strategy & Operations (BSO) supports the strategic priorities of the BSO team by implementing and executing plans and tasks related to team management and operations. This includes:

  • Support strong team culture and cohesion through facilitating BSO team meetings, supporting planning, logistics, and execution of BSO virtual and in-person retreats, and supporting team culture initiatives.
  • Support the Senior Director, Business Strategy and Operations, through calendar management, expense reporting, and other duties with reliable follow-through and high attention to detail.
  • Manage all contracts and invoices held within the BSO team, including ensuring compliance, managing vendor communications and relationships, managing invoice payments, and tracking payments and spending.
  • Support the administration and logistics of team onboarding and offboarding.
  • Regularly take on ad-hoc projects in support of the BSO team.
