What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Facilitate business process review workshops and perform detailed analysis of client business requirements
• Document User Stories with Acceptance Criteria, Assumptions & Constraints, Size, Priority, and recommended solutions
• Configure Salesforce systems using declarative functionality and manage technical teams for development and integrations
• Oversee User Acceptance Testing strategy, implementation, and reporting, ensuring thorough testing as both admin and end-user
• Develop and deliver end-user training curriculum while proactively evaluating client business requirements

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 7 years as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in Salesforce Configuration
• At least 2 years of platform or solution architecture experience in a custom system development environment for medium to large-sized organizations
• Excellent knowledge of Salesforce platforms including advanced configurations and data migration
• Familiarity with Apex & Visualforce/Lightning Components design considerations
• Experience in Agile project methodology including backlog management and sprint planning
