Location: Remote (4 days/week) + 1 day in Manchester for team collaboration
Salary: £27,000–£30,000 base + performance bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Support business operations and sales by analyzing data, identifying trends, and helping shape strategies.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve processes and performance.
• Work closely with leadership to ensure smooth operations and deliver insights that drive growth.
• Enjoy a mix of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration (Manchester meet-up once a week).
