We’re looking for a StarChef RME Product Manager to take ownership of StarChef and its associated menu, product, allergen, and nutritional data systems. In this role, you will ensure data accuracy, maintain legal and regulatory compliance, and align multiple systems, while supporting business operations through effective oversight, training, streamlined workflows, and cross-functional collaboration.

This is a remote role, offering flexibility while working closely with cross-functional teams across the business.


Overall, Purpose of Job:
This role provides senior governance, ownership and leadership of StarChef, and all associated menu, product, allergen and nutritional data systems. The Data & Systems Manager ensures data accuracy, legal compliance, multi system alignment and supports business operations through system oversight, training, workflows and cross functional collaboration.


Key Accountabilities:

• Ensure accurate setup and governance of StarChef and connected systems (TenKites, Label Logic Live, Track’d).
• Act as senior escalation for data quality, compliance, workflows and cross system alignment.
• Oversee supplier data workflows including allergens, nutrition, pricing, ingredient lists & Co2 uploads.
• Manage data flow from StarChef to Label Logic Live for PPDS regulatory compliance.
• Develop and maintain data governance frameworks, SOPs, guidance and internal documentation.
• Support Safety & Wellbeing with allergen incident investigations and data traceability.
• Monitor system updates and communicate with Digital/IT as required.
• Oversee release coordination, system updates, change control, and escalation frameworks.
• Collaborate with Digital, Procurement, Operations, Food Development and Marketing on system changes and product lifecycle events.
