About the Role

Tuknik Government Services is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to support the company and its government customer. This remote position is suited to an analytical professional who can work with large datasets, develop business intelligence solutions, and translate complex data into actionable insights.

The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to support data-informed decision-making, identify business trends, and communicate findings through reports, dashboards, and visualizations. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Public Trust.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, process, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
• Develop and maintain complex data models, reports, and dashboards using business intelligence tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in data to uncover actionable business insights.
• Create clear and effective data visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data requirements.
• Work with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and relevant business metrics.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support data-informed decision-making and contribute to organizational growth.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
