Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Business Intelligence Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

Develop and maintain Cognos reports, dashboards, scorecards, and reporting frameworks based on business and technical requirements.

Perform source system analysis, data profiling, data issue identification, and support development of normalized and dimensional data structures.

Collaborate with data architecture, IT, business, and analytical teams on reporting solutions, data repositories, and Cognos framework enhancements.

Maintain reporting documentation, support information sharing, communicate solutions to stakeholders, and mentor junior resources.

The position requires:

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

12+ years of overall IT experience, including 10+ years of experience with business intelligence, analytics, databases, reporting platforms, and data access or programming tools.
