As a Senior Data & Business Intelligence Analyst, you will transform enterprise data into reliable, actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making. Working remotely within a collaborative Digital Data Services team, you will partner with business leaders, program teams, and technical stakeholders to define performance measures and deliver scalable analytics solutions. You will lead the development of Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models while supporting modern Microsoft data platforms and enterprise data governance. Beyond reporting, you will strengthen data quality, streamline workflows, and help expand the adoption of self-service analytics. You will also explore emerging AI-powered capabilities and contribute to continuous improvement across the data ecosystem. This role offers opportunities to lead initiatives, share expertise, and influence how an organization uses data to drive results.
### Accountabilities
In this role, you will lead analytics and business intelligence initiatives from requirements gathering through deployment, ensuring that reporting products are accurate, scalable, secure, and aligned with business needs. Your responsibilities will include:
