What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Support a variety of CRM initiatives within the Sensors instance of Sales Force.Com (SFDC)
- Create informative and actionable reporting to highlight business trends and opportunities for improvement
- Provide detailed analysis for Sensor Key Performance Indicators and identify root causes of KPI changes
- Assist with SFDC opportunity pipeline reviews related to performance tracking and goal achievement
- Design and maintain dashboards for Sales, Product Management, and Executive Leadership
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or Finance
- 1-3 years of relevant employment experience
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of data visualization principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams
