Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Business Analyst with AI experience
to support strategic technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong business analysis expertise combined with exposure to
AI/ML-driven solutions
, helping translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.


Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Work on AI/ML-enabled initiatives, identifying opportunities where artificial intelligence can improve business processes and decision making.
• Translate complex business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process workflows.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement sessions.
• Support AI model implementation projects by defining data requirements, business rules, and expected outcomes.
• Create BRDs, FRDs, use cases, and process documentation.
• Work closely with data scientists, AI engineers, and development teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented.
• Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and solution validation.
• Assist with UAT planning, test case creation, and validation of AI-driven solutions.
• Monitor and analyze performance of AI solutions and recommend improvements.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience working on AI/ML or data-driven projects.
• Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies, requirement gathering, and documentation.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum environments.
