Reporting to Manager, Operational Technology, we are looking to hire a Business Analyst – Technology & Data, who will play a key role in ensuring that technology initiatives are delivered efficiently, effectively, and in alignment with business needs. Your work will bridge business objectives with technical solutions and support the successful implementation of technology projects across the operation.


What will I be doing?

• Translate business goals, processes, and pain points into clear system requirements, scope definitions, workflows, SOPs, and technical specifications while identifying opportunities to automate or improve workflows.
• Lead and support testing by developing test plans and scenarios, guiding users through execution, monitoring results, and recommending solutions for identified issues.
• Convert business requirements into technical requirements and provide ongoing support and guidance during technology projects, including planning, analysis, tracking, transition activities, and issue resolution.
• Facilitate communication between business teams, IT, and vendors; support business cases, risk identification, prioritization, change management activities, training material development, and creation of project status reports or dashboards.
