What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Elicit, document, and manage business and system requirements from federal health stakeholders and internal teams
• Develop and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and System Requirement Specifications (SRS)
• Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to translate federal health objectives into actionable requirements
• Document system workflows, interfaces, data flows, and dependencies for implementation support
• Ensure end-to-end traceability from business objectives through system implementation and validation

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in business, Public Health, Management, or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in business analysis, business development, or management consulting
• Experience producing BRD, SRS, and traceability artifacts (FTM/Non-FTM)
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and have lived in the U.S. for 3 or more consecutive years
