What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Supervise and coach the Business Analyst team, managing performance reviews and compensation recommendations
• Gather and document business requirements from key stakeholders to identify gaps and create business requirement documents (BRDs)
• Collaborate with various teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure project alignment with strategic initiatives
• Conduct regular one-on-one sessions with team members to provide support and address obstacles
• Gather Return on Investment (ROI) and Knowledge Performance Indicators (KPI) metrics to assess project success levels

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree and six years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Current industry-recognized certifications on applications including Azure DevOps, e-Automate Suite, ConnectWise Suite, Microsoft Visio, O365, Salesforce.com, or similar
• Demonstrated leadership qualities including decision-making, coaching, and giving constructive feedback
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical individuals
• Basic knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
