What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Partner with the Product Owner to translate strategic objectives into detailed product requirements and user stories
• Elicit, document, and manage business, functional, and non-functional requirements through interviews and analysis of business processes
• Develop clear and concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting artifacts such as process flows and wireframes
• Collaborate closely with designers, developers, testers, and other team members to refine requirements during sprints
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by helping define test cases and validating that requirements are met

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an Agile environment
• Strong ability to translate business strategy into detailed product requirements and documentation
• Excellent requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation skills, including writing user stories and acceptance criteria
• Proficiency in requirements management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
