What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize business performance and KPIs
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for process improvement
• Create and optimize Salesforce reports and dashboards to meet stakeholder requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business stakeholders, to ensure alignment between data solutions and business goals
• Conduct quality checks and validations on data sources to ensure reporting accuracy

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard design)
• Strong data analytics and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce reporting tools and functionalities
• Knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud features and workflows
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and requirement gathering

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in healthcare or life sciences industries
• Familiarity with SQL and data integration tools
• Business analysis certification (CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent)
