What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead the gathering and documentation of requirements, collaborating with development and testing teams
• Oversee the testing process, including review of test use-case definitions and prioritization of bugs
• Consult with regional and national customers, facilitating the development and deployment of requested functionalities
• Analyze client requirements and document functional specifications for multiple projects
• Create training materials and maintain service level agreement documents

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Proven experience with systems/process analysis
• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare processes, workflows, applications, policies, and standards
• Advanced proficiency in software tools such as Captivate, Excel, and Access
• Strong critical-thinking, analytical, communication, and organizational skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• 2+ years of experience with the employer
• Deep knowledge of systems and business issues related to benefits, financial, pricing, actuarial, underwriting, sales, and account management
• Familiarity with project management tools used by the employer
