About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development and optimization of our data infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining modern data pipelines that support analytics, business intelligence, and machine learning initiatives across NEP Group. Your primary focus will be on developing scalable ETL/ELT workflows that feed into Snowflake and Databricks platforms, ensuring high performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency. You will collaborate closely with BI and ML teams to facilitate advanced data use cases, troubleshoot data issues, and continuously improve our data platform to support our expanding global operations. This position offers a hybrid work environment in Pittsburgh, with flexibility for fully remote candidates within Eastern or Central time zones.


Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or related roles
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Apache Spark
