We're working with a premier Fortune 500 financial powerhouse and heavy-hitter in the global insurance and investment space on this exciting opportunity.


Are you a compliance expert with a sharp eye for detail? We are looking for a high-impact Risk Management Consultant to join an elite Supervisory Controls Group. You will leverage your FINRA expertise and analytical power to mitigate enterprise risk and protect a massive network of field representatives through cutting-edge trade surveillance and proactive monitoring.


The Role

• Lead high-stakes trade surveillance and monitoring activities to identify potential risks and violations of SEC and FINRA regulations.
• Orchestrate the development of corrective action plans by collaborating with trending departments and field management to eliminate operational friction.
• Act as a strategic partner to Compliance and Home Office teams, escalating regulatory matters and providing expert guidance on sales practice trends.
• Drive continuous improvement as a change agent, optimizing trade review systems and internal processes for maximum efficiency.
• Deliver data-driven insights to senior leadership regarding surveillance trends and the evolving regulatory landscape.

What You'll Need

• Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 24 licenses are strictly required at the time of application.
• 5+ years of experience in Broker-Dealer operations, compliance, or regulatory oversight.
• Deep technical proficiency with Trade Review Systems and the Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Strong analytical competency with the ability to make sound, independent decisions in complex regulatory environments.
• Exceptional relationship management skills with the ability to communicate with high-level field associates and executive partners.
