What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Develop and maintain policies, plans, processes, procedures, SOPs, desk manuals, and program documentation
• Create and manage process flows and procedural diagrams
• Perform quality control and assurance on program deliverables
• Track progress of statewide agency security assessments and report KPIs
• Document meetings, directives, and communications, delivering updates to leadership

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree with 2 years of Business Analysis experience
• Strong technical writing experience with the ability to create clear process flows and diagrams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of working in fast-paced environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience supporting regulatory compliance projects
• Ability to simultaneously manage multiple reporting requirements
• 5+ years of technical writing experience
• Strong schedule management and planning skills
• Experience with graphic creation and documentation development in Visio
