We're looking for a
Junior Business Analyst
to help bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. In this role, you'll work closely with stakeholders, product managers, and development teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and support business process improvements.


Responsibilities:

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements through interviews, workshops, and analysis.
• Translate business needs into clear technical specifications for developers and designers.
• Support data analysis efforts to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals with business objectives.
• Help create and maintain project documentation, including requirement specifications, process flows, and use cases.
• Conduct basic gap analysis and provide insights to enhance business processes and systems.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure project goals are clearly defined and understood.
• Support testing and quality assurance efforts to validate that solutions meet business requirements.

Qualifications:

• 1-3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Basic understanding of business analysis methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and process modeling.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and reporting techniques.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
