This is an in-house role dedicated solely to elevating Ignite Visibility’s organic presence, generating B2B leads, and establishing our agency and executives as ultimate thought leaders in the digital marketing space.

### The Role

We are looking for an energetic social media powerhouse who can anchor our core platforms while strategically scaling our brand into new territories. You will own the day-to-day management of our primary channels, handle executive ghostwriting, and collaborate with our internal marketing team. As you settle in, you will also have the exciting opportunity to pioneer our B2B influencer marketing program and build our presence on emerging platforms.

### Core Responsibilities (Day-to-Day Management)

Strategy & Analytics

• Track, analyze, and present monthly reports on key social metrics (engagement rates, follower growth, website traffic, and lead conversions) to prove ROI and refine tactics.
• Practice social listening by monitoring industry news, competitor movements, and trending topics to insert Ignite into relevant conversations.

Content Creation & Channel Management

• Take full ownership of Ignite Visibility’s LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram profiles.
• Build and maintain a robust, engaging, and consistent social media calendar.
• Design high-quality visual creatives using Canva, utilize AI tools to scale efficiency, and write compelling, conversion-focused captions.
• Upload and optimize YouTube videos, ensuring titles, descriptions, and tags follow best practices for SEO.
