About the Role

Rate is seeking a Business Analyst, HRIS to support the delivery and continuous improvement of Workday and related HR technologies. This role works across business and technology teams to gather requirements, analyze processes, maintain system documentation, and coordinate delivery activities from initial discovery through implementation.

The successful candidate will translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and help ensure that technology enhancements meet business expectations. The position also supports testing, release readiness, stakeholder communication, and ongoing process improvement to strengthen system functionality and the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and validate business requirements for Workday enhancements, system issues, and projects.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.
• Analyze current-state processes and define future-state requirements, identifying gaps, dependencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate requirements discussions and process reviews with business and technology stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate requirements, process documentation, decisions, and functional artifacts throughout the solution lifecycle.
