What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Analyze and document business processes and metrics, identifying improvement opportunities
• Develop recommendations to solve problems related to business operations
• Deliver working product increments to clients on time and within budget
• Collaborate with product management and stakeholders to define and prioritize the product backlog
• Perform research and analysis to support business operations and present findings to management

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, computer science, or information systems, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• General understanding of federal and state government programs like SNAP, TANF, Medicaid, and WIC

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Knowledge of policies and state and federal regulations for public assistance programs
• Familiarity with programming languages and data analysis platforms such as Microsoft Power BI or Tableau
