About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Business Analyst – Portal Liaison to join our team in a hybrid capacity. In this role, you will act as a bridge between portal users, internal technical teams, and stakeholders to facilitate seamless portal enhancements and issue resolution. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating change management activities, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a positive user experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of healthcare operations, particularly within Medicaid or health insurance sectors, and demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills. Qualifications

• Three to five years of business analysis experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in provider, member, insurance, or claims sectors
