**The opportunity**

Unity is seeking a Workday Finance Business Analyst to join our Enterprise Systems team, embedded as a key partner to the Finance organization. In this role, you will own the day-to-day configuration, support, and continuous improvement of Workday Financials, serving as the primary point of escalation for Finance team requests while also driving the delivery of strategic system initiatives that support Unity's broader business priorities.

This is a dual-impact role: you will be equally at home resolving a configuration issue in the morning and contributing to a cross-functional system enhancement project in the afternoon. You are someone who builds deep trust with Finance stakeholders, communicates technical solutions clearly to non-technical audiences, and takes pride in the reliability and quality of the systems you support.

**What you'll be doing**

• **Serve as the primary Workday Financials administrator and day-to-day support contact for the Finance team, triaging and resolving configuration issues, user requests, and system inquiries with a high degree of responsiveness and quality**
• **Diagnose and resolve Workday Financials configuration issues across modules, including Financial Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Expenses, Procurement, and/or Banking & Settlement**
• **Partner with Finance stakeholders to gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional design specifications and Workday configuration solutions**
• **Support and deliver enhancements, new feature rollouts, and process improvements in Workday Financials, from requirements through testing and change management**
• **Participate in Workday semi-annual release cycles — reviewing release notes, assessing functional impact, coordinating user acceptance testing, and managing deployment**
