Duties

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with organizational goals.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using tools to visualize key performance indicators.
• Conduct comprehensive data analysis and load data from diverse sources including Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Support project management activities within Agile frameworks, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Assist in database design and optimization efforts to improve data accessibility and integrity across systems.
• Contribute to the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring quality standards are met through testing and documentation.
• Engage in business analysis activities by identifying process improvements, analyzing trends, and recommending innovative solutions for data integration with linked data concepts.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role with a strong foundation in data analysis and business process improvement.
• Hands-on expertise with visualization tools.
• Proficiency in SQL programming along with experience working with databases like Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server.
• Knowledge of SDLC practices to support software development projects from inception through deployment.
