Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to support business transformation, process improvement, and strategic initiatives within the financial services industry. The successful candidate will gather business requirements, analyze processes, evaluate data, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver solutions that improve operational efficiency and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Evaluate business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Conduct data analysis to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and process flows.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and business teams to implement solutions.
• Support system enhancements, process automation, and digital transformation projects.
• Monitor project progress and ensure business objectives are achieved.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders and management.
• Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and solution validation activities.
• Ensure compliance with financial industry regulations, policies, and procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Financial Analyst, or a related role within the financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and documentation practices.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
