# What We Do
The Regulatory Reporting Business Analyst is responsible for translating mortgage servicing regulatory data and reporting obligations into clear, executable reporting requirements and ensuring resulting deliverables accurately satisfy those requirements.
This role serves as the analytical and operational bridge between ServiceMac's Regulatory/Risk teams, mortgage servicing operations, clients, and report development teams. The analyst is expected to understand the business processes and servicing data underlying regulatory requests, identify and resolve requirement gaps before development begins, and perform substantive validation of completed reporting.
The role requires a combination of mortgage servicing expertise, regulatory reporting experience, data analysis capabilities, and disciplined requirements management.
