Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams by gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and delivering data-driven solutions. The candidate must have strong experience with SQL, Snowflake, and Agile Scrum methodologies and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Developers, and QA teams throughout the SDLC.
• Conduct data analysis using SQL and Snowflake to support business decisions and validate requirements.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and business requirement documents.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Perform gap analysis, impact assessments, and root cause analysis.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data insights to support business objectives.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to define data models and reporting requirements.
• Validate delivered solutions and ensure alignment with business expectations.
• Support UAT, defect management, and production deployment activities.
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with **SQL** for data extraction, analysis, and validation.
• Experience working with **Snowflake Data Cloud**.
