Are you ready to bridge the gap between complex manufacturing operations and cutting-edge technology? We are looking for a powerhouse Business Systems Analyst to optimize production workflows, leverage SQL and Power BI for data-driven insights, and lead high-impact ERP initiatives in a fast-paced industrial environment.

The Role

• Lead the discovery, design, and implementation of system enhancements across Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain to eliminate manual effort and boost efficiency.

• Act as the primary bridge between cross-functional business stakeholders and the MIS team, translating complex needs into technical user stories and functional specifications.

• Engineer data-driven solutions using SQL for deep-dive analysis and Power BI to build executive-level dashboards and operational KPIs.

• Partner with ERP and Data Engineers to manage a prioritized backlog, overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle from UAT through to final deployment and user training.

• Drive digital transformation projects, including forms digitization, workflow automation via Power Platform, and streamlining API/EDI integrations.

What You'll Need

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Process Improvement Lead within a manufacturing or semiconductor environment.

• Advanced technical proficiency in SQL for data validation and troubleshooting, alongside expert-level Microsoft Excel skills.

• Proven experience with ERP systems (Infor CloudSuite Industrial/Syteline highly preferred) and Power BI dashboard creation.

• Hands-on history of leading end-to-end project lifecycles, including requirement mapping, stakeholder management, and change adoption.

• Strong understanding of internal controls, ISO standards, and business process automation (RPA/iPaaS).
